MaxCap provided a second-mortgage construction facility (in conjunction with another non-bank lender as senior lender) to Self Storage Concepts Australia for the construction of Stage 2 of Store Local – Pacific Pines in Gaven, QLD comprising 819 storage units (total of 1,306 units across Stage 1 and Stage 2). The project is located immediately adjacent to the pacific motorway, 70km south-east east of the Brisbane CBD with high exposure to passing traffic and in an area identified as having an undersupply of available storage units relative to assessed demand.
